The Fuel Focus Report

• For the week ending November 17, 2009, Canadian average retail gasoline prices decreased by 1 cent per litre to 99.8 cents per litre-a four-week low. Compared to a year ago, the average price is 14 cents per litre higher.

  Diesel fuel prices remained unchanged at 98 cents per litre compared to the previous week. However, compared to last year, the average diesel price is 14 cents per litre lower. Furnace oil prices also remain unchanged from the previous week and averaged 86 cents per litre.
